On Design of a Triple Elliptical Super Wideband Antenna for 5G Applications

چکیده
A novel compact triple elliptical monopole antenna has been designed, analyzed and fabricated for super wideband applications. To enhance the impedance bandwidth, author proposed a with patch excited by 50Ω triangular tapered microstrip feedline. Further improvement is achieved optimally modifying Defected Ground Structure (DGS) of antenna. The structure mounted on Roger’s RT-Duroid 5880 substrate (ϵr= 2.2, tan δ = 0.0009) physical dimensions 27 mm × 29.5 mm. covers frequency band from 1.91 GHz to 43.5 S11 ≤ -10 dB fractional bandwidth >183.17% ratio 22.77:1. This extended coverage permits operate wide range application including 5G Internet Things (IoT). very Bandwidth Dimension Ratio (BDR) 5761.87 which makes it best candidate superwideband Far field measurements disclose an omnidirectional radiation pattern across operation. Further, farfield Radar Cross Section (RCS) through simulation be noted that relatively low values are obtained out In addition, compactness theoretically verified aid fundamental dimension limit theorem.
